-You are not a federal contractor.

-You are at least 18 years old.

-This contribution complies with the legal limits and regulations established by the Texas Ethics Commission and the Federal Election Commission.

-All contributions are final and non-refundable.
-Campaign finance law requires us to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of each contributor.

-Political contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.
